Harold F. 'Ernie' Ernst, of O'Fallon, MO, formerly of Florissant, MO, died on Friday, September 26, 2014 at the age of 69. Loving husband of Gina Ernst (nee: Borelli); dear son of the late Harold J. and Juanita Ernst; devoted father of William LeVan and Cherie (Richard) Kunz; cherished grandfather of Danielle and Alexander; dear brother of Dennis D. (Diane) Ernst and Michael L. (Jane) Ernst; treasured uncle of Laura and David; great-uncle of Milly; loving nephew of Shirley (Mike) Bernard; and loved by many cousins, relatives, and friends.
Ernie was a Teacher and the Center Director at the JFK Community Center. He enjoyed spending time with his friends, reading, gardening, and most of all he loved his family, especially his grandchildren. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
