Harold H. Hackmann

Hackmann, Harold Hugo, of Saint Peters, MO, died Wednesday, September 28, 2016, at the age of 91. Beloved husband of Verna J. Hackmann; cherished son of the late Hugo F. and Cora Hackmann; devoted father of Ron Hackmann, Terry (Ginger) Hackmann, Danny (Jill) Hackmann, and Laurie (Jon) Carroll; treasured father-in-law of the the late Brenda Hackmann; loving grandfather of Kriste (Brian) Bertsch, Gabe (Stephanie) Hackmann, Diane (Brandon) Shannon, Brandon (Ashley) Hackmann, Nick (Katie) Hackmann, Heith Hackmann, Brittany Hackmann, Zach Carroll, and Jonny Carroll; treasured great-grandfather of 8.5; cherished step- grandfather of 6; and dear brother of Norine Anderson, the late Hugo (Margaret) Hackmann, and the late Eunice Struckmann. He was also preceded in death by his brothers-in-law, Bill Struckmann and Loyd Anderson.

Harold was a lifelong member of Friedens United Church of Christ. He was also a member of the VFW Post 2866. He was dearly loved, and will be missed by all who knew him.
