Harold J. Redell

Harold J. Redell of St. Charles, Missouri, passed Saturday, May 26, 2018, at the age of 86. Beloved husband of the late Shirley Doris Redell; cherished son of the late Frederick and Elizabeth Redell; devoted father of Kevin (Nancy) Redell, Jean (Tim) Moore, and Mary Jo (Bill) Freeman; father-in-law of Lisa Redell; loving grandfather of Andrew Redell, Julie (Shawn) Prenger, Christopher Redell, Timothy (Adria) Moore, Travis (Marina) Freeman, Justin (Amy) Freeman, and Katherine (Danny) Bierbaum; treasured great-grandfather of Ryan Redell, Gracie Redell, Wesley Bierbaum, Josephine Bierbaum, Tanner Moore, Dominic Freeman, Bruce Freeman, Ari Freeman, and Abi Prenger; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Harold was also preceded in death by son Larry Redell; grandson Douglas Redell; brothers Fred (Mabel) Redell and Cyril (Dorothy) Redell; and sisters Betty (Elroy) Bruening, Helen (Robert) Reller, and Cleo (Robert) Kelch.

Harold dedicated more than 55 years as a carpenter before retiring. He was also a member of the Carpenter’s Union Local #1987 and St. Charles County Racoon Hunters Club. Harold was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
