Harold Steinmeyer of Wentzville, MO, passed away at the age of 78 on Friday, March 29, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Dena Steinmeyer; and two brothers, Francis Thomason and James Steinmeyer.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Peggy Steinmeyer; his son, Steven (Karen Williams) Walls; his grandchildren, Steven Walls II, Mya Walls, and Jillian Walls; his brother-and-sisters-in-law, Phoeba Steinmeyer, Frances Thomason, Judy Fralix, Mary (Wade) Thurmon, and James (Trish) Gormley; and his niece, great-niece, and great-nephew.

Harold proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He was an avid Cardinals fan and always cheered them on when he caught their games on television.  Harold was a true handyman who enjoyed building and restoring clocks and working on or fixing anything he could around the house.  Harold was an old car enthusiast and belonged to a local hot rod club. He loved to listen to old time music. Most of all, Harold loved spending time with his family, friends, and especially with his grandkids.
