Hazel G. Martin

April 23, 1934 — June 6, 2020

Hazel G. Martin, of Saint Peters, Missouri, passed away Saturday, June 6, 2020 at the age of 86. Loving wife of the late Glenn Martin; beloved daughter of the late Clyde and Treveal Wilkerson; devoted mother of Theresa (James) Hodge; cherished grandmother of Amelia (Nick) Lloyd, Rebecca Hodge, Jessica (Aaron Vento) Hodge, and Sophia Hodge; treasured great-grandmother of Charlotte Lloyd.

Hazel was one of 15 children and the daughter of a sharecropper.  With moving around and a member of a large family, she knew how to make friends quickly and became quite the social butterfly.

In her later years, Hazel became a member of the Red Hat Society, and she loved attending all of their social events.  She enjoyed doing crafts, especially making dolls.  She also liked sewing and was a great seamstress.  Hazel looked forward to a good adventure and enjoyed traveling with her husband.  She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorial contributions may be made in Hazel 's name to Alzheimer's Association.
