Hazel M. Osborn

Osborn was born December 18, 1914 in Centerville Missouri to Ralph W. and Ethel M. Botkin. Her loving parents preceded her in death. Hazel is survived by her sons, Michael Osborn (Debbie) of St. Charles Missouri, and Roger Osborn (Roberta) of Maryland Heights Missouri, and three sisters, Bernice DeHater of Black Missouri, June Kiefer (Arwood) of Hermann Missouri, and Maxine Adzick (Nick) of Chesterfield Missouri. She was a loving grandmother and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Everett ''Bud'' Osborn.
