Hazel Meyers

Meyers, Hazel, of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Friday, May 4, 2012 at the age of 89. Loving wife of the late Earl Meyers; beloved daughter of the late Fred and Nora Matzenbacher; devoted mother of Dan (Donna) Meyers, Rosemary Main and Susan House; cherished grandmother of Randall, Douglas, Debbie (Mike) Koeller, Paul (Hannah) Meyers, Jeannie (Dave) Bassett, Jeremy and Patrick; treasured great-grandmother of Kayla, Michelle, Chase, Jackson, Elizabeth, Emily, Michael and Nathan; dear great-great grandmother of Harmony, Hope and Ava who will be here in June. Hazel is also survived by her uncle Edwin and aunt Shannon Matzenbacher, her sister in-law Alice Meyers, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by her brother Harry Matzenbacher. Mrs. Meyers was part of Corpus Christi P.T.A, American Legion Post 154 Woman's Auxiliary, a member of Whites Coinshooters Club and Good Samaritan Camping Club. Services: The family is being served by The Baue Funeral Home, 620 Jefferson Street, St. Charles, MO where visitation will be held Monday, May 7, 2012 5:00-8:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 9:30 AM, Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at All Saints Catholic Church, 7 McMenamy Road, St. Peters, MO. Interment in Calvary Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Missouri Department of Conservation-State Parks.
