Hazeline “Hazel” Dietz

Hazeline “Hazel” Dietz (nee Shelton), age 81, of St. Charles, Missouri, February 18, 2018. Beloved wife of 63 years to Walter T. “Tom” Dietz; cherished daughter of the late Clyde and Thelma Shelton; devoted mother of LaDonna R. McLain, Thomas W. “Wayne” Dietz, and Tammy L. (Steven) Young; loving grandmother of Brittani, Jordan, Sydni, Brady, and Sky; treasured great-grandmother of Parker, Easton, Silas, and Bauer; and dear sister of Margie Ticer, Judith Meneese, the late Kenneth Shelton, and the late Betty Jack.

Hazel enjoyed sewing and gardening. She was also an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
