Beloved daughter of Ned and Penny Sooter; dear sister of Keirsten and Haven Sooter; dear aunt of Tyler Sooter and Savannah Lovell; loving granddaughter of the late Harry Kirgan & Muriel Kirgan Owens, and the late Charles & Jewell Sooter; niece of Philip (Marilyn) Sooter and John Sooter. The Boy's-Henry, Buddie, Barnaby, and George Bob. Ms. Sooter attended Francis Howell North High School, Southeast Missouri State University at Cape Girardeu. She worked with TWA at Penn Station in New York City and in food service at Trailhead and Lewis and Clark.
