Weissenborn, Helen M., of St. Louis, MO, died on Friday November 18, 2016, at the age of 102. Helen was the cherished aunt of Henry J. Hellrich and Harlan Hellrich; treasured great-aunt of Fran L. DeMaster (nee: Webb) and three generations of great-nieces and great-nephews. She is also survived by many other extended family members and friends. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Frederick and Helene Weissenborn; her three sisters, Edna Hellrich, Alma Webb, and Eleanor Weissenborn; two brothers, Richard Weissenborn and Fred Weissenborn; two nephews, Arthur F. Webb and Fred Weissenborn; and one niece, Joan Krygiel.
Helen was the head of the department of statistics at AAA auto club for many years and was always a very hard worker. She was also a long-time member of Kirkwood United Methodist Church where she taught children’s Sunday school. She loved working in her yard, reading, knitting, and listening to Classical Music. You could also find her feeding the animals that would come by her backyard. The most important thing in life for Helen was her family, and they will all fondly remember her for all the hats that she wore. She was loved and will be missed dearly by all who knew her.
