OTRADOVEC (NEE: BALLENGER), Helen Ruth, St. Charles, MO, September 12, 2006 age 70; dearest wife of John E. Otradovec; loving mother of Connie Wibbenmeyer (Bruce), Cheryl Perrin (Scott Burger), Carla Sinclair (Rick), Joseph C. Fry III (Nikki), Angela Otradovec, Dawn Shrum (Kevin) and DeeAnn Student (Frank). Also survived by her Beloved Dog – “Hound”, her cherished 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Joseph C. Fry II, parents, Orbie Herschel and Ida Mae Ballenger and brothers Orbie Harold Ballenger and Herbert Ballenger. Helen was a floral designer, NASCAR enthusiast, an avid shopper, a loving mother and grandmother and especially proud mother of her son serving in Iraq.
