Henry “Hank” Voss

Henry Joseph Voss, of Wentzville, MO, passed away Friday, June 24, 2022 at the age of 88. Beloved husband of Lillian C. Voss; cherished son of the late Adolph and Mary Voss; devoted father of Mary Voss-Hale, Catherine (Curtis) Ernst, Mike Voss and Mark (Kimberly) Voss; loving grandfather of Sarah (Patrick), Maggie (Zack), Stephen, Andrew, Frankie, Rachael and the late Annie Jo Hale; treasured great-grandfather of Ella and Audrey; dear brother of the late Herbert (the late Josephine); Henry is survived by close family friend, Phyllis Chewning and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Henry proudly and honorably served in the United States Army. He was a true family man and a supportive, loving father, Henry and Lillian just celebrated their 64 year marriage anniversary in May. He was a “do it yourself” type of person and could fix anything. In his free time Henry enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and pulling practical jokes. Henry was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in Henry's name to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or St. Vincent DePaul Society at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.
