Beloved husband of Willodean Wiggs; dearest son of the late Oscar Lee Wiggs and Becky Ann Butler; loving father of Henry Paul Wiggs (Debbie), Phillip Houston Wiggs (Cindy Bichsel) and the late Pamela Ann Wiggs; cherished grandfather of Stacey (Roger) Davis, Angie (Jimmy) Lashly,Bob(Melissa) Tasios, George Tasios, Joshua (Gina) Lovelace, Stevye (Nick) Hartwig, Phillip Wiggs II and Amanda Wiggs; great grandfather of Stephanie, Cody and Clayton Lashly,Tanner and Brandy Davis, Kristen, Morgan and Audrey Hartwig, Dillon Tasios, Devin and Daytona Wiggs.; survived by cousins. Mr. Wiggs was a member of First Baptist Church of St. Charles, a lifetime member of VFW Post 8888 and Transportation Communications International Union. He was owner of Henry's Tool Center in downtown St. Charles. Mr. Wiggs served in the U.S. Navy from 1942-1945 and retired after 30 years with the Terminal Railroad, St. Louis, MO.
