Herbert Clay Wells

Wells, Herbert Clay, of Kansas City, Missouri, died on Sunday, August 22, 2010 at the age of 94. Dearest husband of the late Margaret Wells (nee: Arkebauer); dear son of the late Lofton and Beatrice Wells; devoted father of Robert (Eileen) Wells and Herbert (Darlene) Wells; beloved grandfather of Laura Hefele, Matthew Wells, Jonathan Wells and Carrie James; great-grandfather of Lexi Wells, Chloe Wells, Matti Wells, Kieran Hefele and Colin Hefele; dear brother of Mae Tolin. He is preceded in death by 3 brothers and 3 sisters. He was employed as a Furniture Upholster for many years, and spent his last working years with TWA. He was a World War II Veteran of the US Army; serving in the South Pacific Theatre. He was also a member of the Eagles Club. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
