Herbert “Herb” Moellering

Moellering, Herbert "Herb", of Wentzville, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at the age of 54 after his courageous battle with cancer. Dearest husband of Kathy Moellering NEE: Johnson; dear son of the late Herbert F. Moellering and Frieda L. Knittel; devoted father of Brad (Shannon Holt) Moellering, Dessani (Jon Stillman) Moellering, Joseph Fisch, Julia Fisch and Paul Kroupa; beloved grandfather of Michael, Sierra, Christian, Sean, Piper, Caitlyn, Jonathan, Julia, Paul, Amanda and Justin; great-grandfather of Kylee. Herb is also survived by numerous brothers, sisters, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his step-father John Knittel. Herb was a Volunteer firefighter for the Wentzville Fire Department, enjoyed watching the St. Louis Cardinals and Rams, the outdoors, gardening and cars. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation.
