Herschel L. Neil

Dear husband of Beverly Neil, father of Dr. Bruce (Terrie) Neil and Julie (Vince) Pribble. Grandfather of Daniel Neil, Sarah Neil, Abigail Pribble and Nathan O'Neall; uncle of Peggy (Larry) Harmon and Rex (Donna) Neil. Preceded in death by parents, Everette E. and Alma M. neil, and brother, Virgil Neil. Mr. Neil was a retired educator having taught English and history at Brittany Junior High in University City from 1959-1963. He was an administrator in the Parkway School District from 1963-1986. He served as President of the Suburban Junior High Principals' Association and also as state president of the Missouri Association of Secondary School Principals during 1979-80. He served as a teacher and deacon at the First Baptist Church in Lake St. Louis and was active in the Gideons International. An avid tennis player, he was a member of the Lake Saint Louis Tennis Association for many years.
