She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold W. and Margaret (Rogers) Powers, brothers Howard, Harold and Wayne Powers. She is survived by a brother Francis T. Powers, Quincy, IL, nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends and Sister in Christ. Funeral Mass Thursday, January 5, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., St. Joseph Chapel, 204 North Main, O'Fallon, MO. Interment convent cemetery. Visitation in the St. Joseph Chapel, 204 North Main, O'Fallon, MO, Wednesday, January 4, 2012, 3:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service of Thanksgiving at 7:00 p.m. in the St. Joseph Chapel and visitation on Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. Donations may be made to Sisters of the Most Precious Blood, 204 North Main Street, O'Fallon, MO, 63366.
