ALLEN JR., Horace E., St. Charles, MO, November 3, 2006 age 72, dear husband of Kathleen Allen (nee White), dear father of Leslie Clynes (Debbie), Kerry Allen, Douglas Clynes, and Gordon Richart (Tricia). Loving grandfather of Elizabeth, Nichole, Patrick, Andrew, Zac, Brandon, Aaron, and Matthew. He was a loving brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle, and friend to many. Horace was preceded in death by his parents Horace and Irene and sister Norma Tumminello (Nick). He had a love for the river and was previous owner of Woodland Marina and Yacht Club, Horace Allen Water Toys and licensed Captain and owner of River Cruisies: Yacht Relaxin. He was a graduate of Roosevelt High School in St. Louis and former Pepsi Cola driver. Horace served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He was currently the Office Manager for E.H. Glueck in St. Louis, Missouri for the past 10 years.
