Cochran, Howard, 89, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Sunday, June 24, 2012. Howard was the loving husband of Betty J. Cochran (née: Hovey); son of the late Cody Lee and Pauline E. Cochran; father of Curt (Pam) Cochran and Scott Cochran; grandfather of Alisha, Amanda, Levi, and Emily; great-grandfather of Hannah, Carter, and Matthew; and brother of Norman Cochran. He is preceded in death by a sister, Unice Maxine Allen; brother-in-law, Dr. Robert Allen; and sister-in-law, Reba Cochran.
