Survived by his wife, Donna; sons, Robert (Tammy) Warrenton, MO, Donald (Jeannie) St. Peters MO; daughters, Connie Niswonger (Junior) Montgomery City MO, Jackie Rausch (Russell) Moscow Mills MO, and Vicki Carmi Elsberry MO; 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; brothers Wallace of Brunswick Georgia, Larry (Nancy) of Cornell Wisconsin, and sister, Virginia McLeod (Art) Eau Claire Wisconsin. Preceded in death by parents, Keith Jacobs and Vida Jacobs Carnahan. Mr. Jacobs was a Lifetime member VFW Post #2866, was Past All-State Commander and held many elected & appointed positions with Masonic Lodge #260 in Defiance MO. He was honored to receive the Harry S. Truman Medal.
