Hugo H. Leimkuehler

Leimkuehler, Hugo H., of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Friday, October 8, 2010 at the age of 74. Loving husband of Barbara Leimkuehler; beloved son of the late Hugo M. and Frieda Leimkuehler; devoted father of Timothy (Laurie) H. Leimkuehler, Tammy (Tom) DeBrecht and Thomas (Sara) O. Leimkuehler; cherished grandfather of Ben, Brian, Andrew, Braden and Colton. He was employed as an Accountant with Boise Cascade. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, St. Charles, Missouri. He was past President and Treasurer of Immanuel Lutheran Church Men's Club; Hugo sang in the choir at Immanuel Lutheran Church; He worked with the school lunch program at Immanuel Lutheran Church for 15 years; He was past Treasurer of Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery Board; Hugo coached the women's softball team for 25 years; He played men's softball for 55 years and managed the team for 25 years; He also played Men's Club baseball for many years and was inducted into the St. Charles County Amateur Sports Hall of Fame on March 26, 1988; Hugo was an avid bowler for 55 years and achieved a 296 score for one game. He loved to play horseshoes. Hugo also volunteered his time delivering Meals on Wheels. Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran School St. Charles or SSM Hospice
