Imogene Hawkins

Hawkins, Imogene (nee: Spears) of Hazelwood, MO, died Friday, November 4, 2016, at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Clarence F. Hawkins; cherished daughter of the late Gilbert and Dorothy Spears; devoted mother of Bonita Ewing and Darrell (Judy) Hawkins; loving grandmother Jennifer (Chris) Landes, Lindsay (Jamison) Wilmesherr, Jay (Beth) Ewing, Neil (Shari) Ewing, and Joy (Rich) Baumgardner; treasured great-grandmother of eleven; dear great-great-grandmother of three; and cherished sister of Evelyn (Carl) Hunt. She was also preceded in death by her son-in-law, Roger Ewing and her siblings, Eugene Spears, Nadine Heath, and Vivian Thompson.

Imogene was a member of the Burke City Church of God where she sang in the choir. In her free time, she enjoyed traveling, crocheting, and camping. Most of all, Imogene loved spending time with her family. She was dearly loved, and will be missed by all who knew her.
