Caldwell, Irene E. (nee: Schlemer) of St. Louis, MO, died Monday, April 4, 2016, at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Earl L. Caldwell; cherished daughter of the late Fred N. and Emma Schlemer; devoted mother of Mary (Dan) Kraichely and Bill J. (Sally) Caldwell; loving grandmother of Craig (Jennifer) Kraichely, Nolan Caldwell, and Anna Caldwell; treasured great-grandmother of Lauren Kraichely, Ryan Kraichely, and Tyler Kraichely. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Edwin Schlemer and Leo Schlemer.
