Volker, Irene (nee: Dowden) of Saint Charles, MO, died Monday, January 11, 2016, at the age of 95. Beloved wife of the late Bert Volker; cherished daughter of the late John and Clara Dowden; devoted mother of Anne (Ed) Carion and Marsue (Richard) Freeman; loving grandmother of Jennifer Menteer and Dana Clear; treasured great-grandmother of William and Casey; dear great-great-grandmother of Kylee, Allyson, Gavin, Mason, Aubry, and Bayleigh. She is preceded in death by her 2 brothers.
