Iris L. Hosto

Iris L. Hosto (nee Short), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of Edwin Hosto; cherished daughter of the late Donald and Bessie “Edna” Short; devoted mother of Karen (Rick) Steinbecker and Barbara (Richard) Hosto Carter; loving grandmother of Megan Fitzgerald, Kaylan Hosto and Paige (Kent) Erickson; dear sister of the late Donald Short and the late Marie Dowdall; Iris is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Iris enjoyed reading books. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother who loved spending time with her family. Iris was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Iris's name to American Cancer Society or American Diabetes Association.
