Jackie Lee Demarest

Jackie Lee Demarest of St. Charles, Missouri, born May 12^th, 1955, and passed away at the age of 66 on Wednesday, August 4, 2021. She was preceded in death by her father, Elroy Jennings. Jackie is survived by her husband, Gene Demarest; her children, Ashley Demarest, Tom (Crystalle) Demarest, and Jim (Erin) Demarest; her grandchildren, Peyton, Tate, Connor, Cody, Lauren, and Andrew; her mother, Phyllis Jennings; and her siblings, Tammie Kohrs and Roger Jennings.

Jackie was a faithful member of Mid Rivers Baptist Chapel where she was very involved in the church community and was a constant fixture with the youth group and women’s ministries. Jackie invested significant time and energy as a volunteer at countless events. Truly selfless with a big heart, Jackie shared her time and her creative talents with others through her volunteer work. She was an amazingly gifted cook with a special talent for desserts. The outstanding meals she prepared for school events, weddings, and family gatherings over the years were eagerly anticipated and enjoyed by everyone. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
