Jacob Allen Stauffer, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Friday, October 22, 2021 at the age of 21. Cherished son of Justin Stauffer and the late Cynthia James-Stauffer; dear brother of Cody Leesmann; loving grandson of Joleen (Gary) Chytil and Greg (Vickie) Stauffer; treasured nephew of Brent Stauffer, Kimberly (Spencer) Alexander, Angie Tournbaugh, Scott McGlothlin, Jay (Teresa) Holladay and Lee (Don) Cross; great-nephew of Gary Stauffer; cousin of Cody David Love, Austin Tournbaugh, Shelby Phipps, April Gerner, Ryan, Tyler, Caleb, & Cole Holladay; second cousin of Alicia Stauffer & Melissa Stauffer; Jacob also touched the lives of all the extended Kavanagh Family, all the extended Mahacek Family, Melissa Kulage, Damon, Terri, Crate, Josh and Joyce & Rich Kulage.
Jacob was very trusting and was well loved by everyone. In his younger years, he loved playing with his legos, playing baseball, and reading. He even wrote books as a child. Jacob attended Platte Canyon High School in Bailey, CO, where he was on the snow-skiing team and even competed at the state level. He attended Lindenwood University as a Political Science major, with a focus on economics.
Jacob was inquisitive, loved history, philosophy, and debates. He always enjoyed hiking, a great steak and a restful nap. Jacob was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
