Jacqueline Hofmann

Hofmann, Jacqueline 'Jackie', of O'Fallon, MO, died on Friday, March 6, 2015, at the age of 82. Loving wife of Robert Russell Hofmann; beloved daughter of the late James and Earline Forster; devoted mother of Debbie Bivens and Lynn (Todd) Barklage; cherished grandmother of Casey Bivens, Bob Bivens, Trent Barklage, and Trey Barklage; and treasured great-grandmother of Calie Cooley-Bivens. Jackie is also survived by many other extended family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her grandson, Tyler Barklage, and sister, Marcella Crist.


In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Living Lord Lutheran Church.
