Jake Sebestyen

Sebestyen, Jake, O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at the age of 15 . Loving Son of Fred and Nancy Sebestyen, Cherished Brother of Sarah Sebestyen; Dear Grandson of Maria Sebestyen, Peggy Kohenskey and the late Lou Sebestyen and Arnold Kohenskey; He was a loving nephew, cousin and friend to many. Jake completed his Freshman year at Fort Zumwalt North High School and was a member of the Varsity Hockey Team, Junior Varsity Volleyball Team and a member of the Freshman Football Team. He loved sports, music and spending time with family and friends. Memorials may be made to the Megan Meier Foundation.
