James A. Menefee

Beloved son of the late Gerald and Hattie Menefee; loving father of Edita (Mark) Jackson, Shari (Jordan) Starkey and Wesley Menefee; dear grandfather of 2. Preceded in death by 3 brothers and two sisters. Mr. Menefee was a water plant operator with the St. Charles City Water Plant for 20 years. He also served with the U.S. Air Force from August 1955 to August 1961 and worked as an airplane mechanic.
