Laughlin, James Ambrose, of St. Louis, Missouri, died on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at the age of 85. Loving husband of the late Imogene Laughlin; beloved son of the late John Peter and Loretta "Girlie" Florence Laughlin; devoted father of James Laughlin II, Harold (Virginia) Hisaw and Tracey Anne Mayfield; cherished grandfather of Kelly (Daniel) Baker, Kim (Mike) Edwards, Kari (Josh Wiss) Hisaw, Morgan (Trevor) Hall, Benjamin, Jennifer, Brittany; treasured great-grandfather of Samantha, Anthony, Kaylee, Mackenzie, Nina; dear brother of John Robert "Bob" Laughlin; and loving uncle and friend to many.
