James Bennett Ball

James “Jim” Bennett Ball, of Weldon Spring, MO, passed away Friday, November 16, 2018, at the age of 68. Loving husband of Sharon K. Ball; beloved son of the late David Hensley and Shirley Ball; devoted father of Derrick (Heather) Hedges, Shirlee Pittman, Deven Ball, and Austin Ball; dear brother of Sharon (Gary) Rhodes, and Sarge Ball; cherished grandfather of Autumn Hedges, and Aubree Hedges; son-in-law of Mary Beckemeier; and is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

Jim worked in the automotive sales industry starting in sales moving into management and eventually becoming part owner of Royal Oaks/Mid Rivers Chrysler Jeep Dodge. He was a devout member of Calvary Church. Jim was actively involved with his church in missions and the Oil Change ministry. He was a member of the Whitmoor Country Club and enjoyed golfing and fishing. He served as a past Boy Scouts den leader for his children and loved nothing more than spending time with his family and friends. Jim proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
