James C. Damke

Beloved husband of fifty years to Joan Damke; dear father of Lora (Scott) Young and Lisa (Ken) Clayton; cherished grandfather of Amy, Lindsay and Rebecca; brother of Barbara Wilson and Janet (George) Montgomery. He was preceded in death by his parents Chester and Esther Damke. He served in the United States Marine Corps, and after an honorable discharge on February 20, 1962, he worked as a mechanic for over forty years where he was a member of machinist union local 777. Memorials may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, New Melle.
