James "Jim" Robert Chiles II

James “Jim” Robert Chiles II, of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at the age of 61. Beloved husband of Susan Chiles; cherished son of the late James Robert Chiles and the late Terryl Jane Chiles; devoted father of Whitney Alyse (Mauricio) Layman, Derek Robert Chiles and Alexander William (Caroline) Chiles; loving grandfather of Maurice James Layman; dear brother of Phillip Stewart (Ann) Chiles; James was a treasured nephew, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many. He is also survived by his beloved walking companion, Moose.

Jim had a love for cars, owning his 1972 Red Chevelle for 33 years. He loved vacationing in Mexico at the Valentin Imperial Maya. You could always find him at Hut #31. Jim was always the life of the party and his presence was always known. He was a dedicated man who loved his family dearly.

Jim was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
