Our beloved son, James went to be with Jesus on February 4, 2006, age 18. James was a simple boy who loved his family and knew that we loved him. He enjoyed motorcycles as a little boy. He loved hanging out with his friends as a teenager. James was planning to join the Navy in the spring. He was the dear son of Mom and Dad, Scott L. and Dawn Renea Bricker (nee: Cavaness); dear brother of Ashley Nicole Bricker and brother and best friend, Justin Scott Bricker; beloved grandson of Susan Nagel, Homer Cavaness, Eva Park and Cassie and Art Bricker; great-grandson of Ray and Betty Seiter, Betty Gagnepain, Anne Feldman and Lester Bricker; he was preceded in death by his great-grandfather Paul E. Gagnepain, Sr., great grandfather Paul Feldman and great grandmother Ruth Bricker; survived by his birth father, Ronald L. Weekley; dear nephew and best friend of Kristopher Cavaness and Rick and Denise Bricker; cousin of Josh Bricker. He was a dear nephew, cousin and friend to many. Pallbearers for James will be Kendall Smith, Justin Bricker, Kristopher Cavaness, Chad Springer, Zach Stahl and Greg Pierce.
