Rawlings, James E., of St. Charles, MO, died on Thursday, May 28, 2015, at the age of 92. Loving husband of Betty Rawlings; beloved son of the late Erwin and Virginia Rawlings; devoted father of David (Kathy) Rawlings and Dan (Debra) Rawlings; grandfather of David (Rhonda) Rawlings, Jr., James Rawlings, Stephanie (Steven) Hamilton, Zachary (Jessica) Rawlings, and Samantha Rawlings; great-grandfather of 8. He is preceded in death by his siblings John Rawlings, and Martha Thomas.
