James F. Larkin

James F. Larkin, of St. Peters, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2018, at the age of 85. Loving husband of 61 years to the late Joan E. Larkin; beloved son of the late Thelma Larkin; devoted father of Debbie (Kurt) Meyerpeter and Jimmy (Cindy) Larkin; cherished grandfather of Jamie Meyerpeter and Stephanie Larkin; treasured great-grandfather of Kadence and Kennedy Larkin. James was also preceded in death by his brothers, Kenneth Larkin and Albert (Rebecca) Larkin.
James loved working on cars and anything with a motor, and he retired after more than 40 years as an automobile mechanic. He was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and never missed watching a game. He enjoyed fishing and camping at Montauk State Park with his family, and quail hunting with his English Setter. James loved his John Deere Tractor and looked forward to riding around mowing the yard. He was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
