James “Jim” Douglas Thompson

Jim Thompson, of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Wednesday, July 4, 2012 at the age of 54. Dear son of the late David E. and Phyllis Ann Thompson; loving husband of Becky Thompson (nee: Ahrens); devoted father of Elizabeth Thompson, Doug (Teri) Thompson, and Katie Thompson; cherished granddad of Adalyn Thompson; dear brother of Larry (Suzanne) Thompson and Kevin Thompson; and dear son-in-law of JoAnn Ahrens. Jim was a graduate of Southeast Missouri State and Lindenwood University with a MBA. He was also a proud member of the Boy Scouts and earned the prestigious award of being an Eagle Scout. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dardenne Presbyterian Church.
