James L. Nicholson

Memorials may be made to Trinity Episcopal Church New Ministry Fund at any Baue Funeral Home location. James L. Nicholson was born on March 25, 1943 in St. Louis Missouri to Melvin B. and Verena A. Nicholson. His loving parents preceded him in death. Mr. Nicholson was a clinical psychologist for his entire career. He was currently working in the Adolescent CD program at St. Joseph Hospital. He was a member of MOPA, the APA, and the ACFE. He was a consultant to Father Dunn's Boys Home and a member of St. Charles Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Nicholson was a devout fisherman and a fisher of men. Mr. Nicholson is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn D. Nicholson of St. Charles Missouri, his children, Margaret (Raymond) Elkins of East Canton Ohio, Clare (Doug) Kujath of Oakville Missouri, Hope (Eric) Dye of St. Charles Missouri, Christopher (Elizabeth) Nicholson of Cedar Hill Missouri, and Joanna (Caleb) Kinne of Bridgeton Missouri, his step children Mark (Carolyn) Schuerman of Creve Coeur Missouri, and Susan (David) Tormala of St. Charles Missouri, his grandchildren, Matthew and Jacob Kujath of Oakville Missouri, Travis and Makenzie Dye of St. Charles Missouri, Caleb and Cameron Noland, Michael Kinne of Bridgeton Missouri, and Kyle, Kaitlyn and baby Elkins of East Canton Ohio, and one brother, Melvin C. (Barbara) Nicholson of Crestwood Missouri. He was a beloved friend and counselor to many.
