James “Michael” King

James “Michael” King, of O Fallon, MO, passed away Thursday, March 25, 2021 at the age of 59. Beloved husband of Kendra King; cherished son of James and Joan King; devoted father of Autumn (Kellen) Locke, Bryce King, Laura (Stan) Garner, and Alyssa (Nate) Durham; loving grandfather of Kaden and Blaire Locke; dear brother of Liz (Paul) Spell, Terra Buzzanga; Michael is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other much loved family.

Michael worked at UPS for 40 years, most recently as a Feeder Driver, which is an over the road semi-truck driver. He enjoyed fishing with his kids and grandkids. Michael was a skilled handyman, who could fix anything around the house and had a knack for woodworking. He loved Kendra, his kids and grandkids more than anything else besides Jesus who gave him the freedom that he searched for and the love he desperately needed. Michael was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in Michael's name to American Diabetes Foundation and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
