Beloved husband of 55 years and sweet heart of many more to Kathy M. Cornelius (nee; McWilliams); cherished son of the late James R. and Eileen Cornelius; devoted father of Tammy Grothe, Pam (Joe) Bostic, Jim C. (Sherri) Cornelius, and Jeff P. (Kim) Cornelius; loving grandfather of Shannah (James) Steele, Megan & Joseph Bostic, Brittany (John) Ferreira, Tyler (Michayla) Cornelius, Jimmy Cornelius, Alexis Marie Cornelius, and Brandon & Bradley Cook, treasured great-grandfather of Jacob, Barrett, Tristyn and Taryn; dear bother of Debbie Liszewski, Brother-in-Law of Bob (Teresa) McWilliams and James (Gwen) McWilliams, treasured uncle of 3 Nephews and dear cousin of many.
James was born in St. Louis, MO. He worked as an Engineer, Design Draftsman for many years and retired from McDonnell Douglas/Boeing. James loved bird hunting especially Quail, fishing and was a talented knife maker. His true passion was for his family and he was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
