James Richard Rick Hembrough

James Richard ''Rick'' Hembrough, 51, of St. Charles, Missouri, formerly of Winchester, Illinois, died February 23, 2006 at 8:38 PM in Barnes St. Peters Hospital. He was born July 13, 1954 to James and Phyllis Mason Hembrough in Jacksonville, Illinois. He is survived by his wife, Cindy, his parents of Winchester, Illinois, four sons, Brian, Michael, Joe and Carl, one daughter, Casey, and four grandchildren all in the St. Louis metropolitan area and two nephews, James Paul and Logan P., in Jacksonville, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his brother, Paul and his wife, Shirley. Mr. Hembrough graduated from Winchester High School, Northeast Missouri State and St. Louis University. He was Superintendent of Bellefontaine Habilitation Center and was a member of New Hope Presbyterian Church. He was also involved in many musical groups in the area.
