James W. Headley

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association or the U.S.O. James W. Headley, San Antonio, Texas passed away Friday, April 7, 2006 at the age of 68. He was born August 27, 1937, in St. Louis, MO. James was a Vietnam Veteran proudly serving his country and retired from the United States Air Force. After retirement from the Air Force he worked for 20 years at Bexar County Hospital. He loved bowling, which was his favorite pastime. James was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years of marriage, Doris Ruth Headley and his father, Hubert Headley. He is survived by his sons, Michael K. (Debbie) Headley and Steven J. Headley; grandsons, Justin M. Headley and Michael T. Headley; brother, Hubert Headley; sisters, Rhoda Headley and Anita Leemon; mother, Wilma Headley; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandpa.
