James W. Schaeffer

Memorials may be made to masses or to the donor's choice at any Baue Funeral Home location. James W. Schaeffer was born on March 5, 1930 in St. John Missouri to Mr. and Mrs. Jake Schaeffer. His loving parents preceded him in death. Mr. Schaeffer retired after 35 years from the United States Postal Service as an Assistant Post Master in O'Fallon Missouri. He was a past VFW Commander of Post 5077. Mr. Schaeffer is survived by his son James W. Schaeffer Jr. of St. Peters Missouri, one brother, Eugene Schaeffer of O'Fallon Missouri, his sisters, Kathleen Eisenbath of O'Fallon Missouri, Alice Forbeck (Donald) of O'Fallon Missouri, Thelma Hull (Robert) of O'Fallon Missouri, Marge Gentemann of O'Fallon Missouri, and Gladys Repel of Freeburg Illinois, and his grandchildren, James J. Schaeffer and Alexis F. Schaeffer both of O'Fallon Missouri. He was preceded in death by one brother, Richard Schaeffer.
