Bailey, Janice "Rue", of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Thursday, March 18, 2010 at the age of 70. Dear wife A. Lloyd Bailey; beloved daughter of the late Ordrain H. and Ara D. Jennings; devoted mother of J. Scott Bailey and Elizabeth Anne Bailey; treasured grandmother of Jaelin Michael , Alexandra Nicole and Riley Justine; dear sister of Bethlyn Sue Gadbow; dear aunt of Bethlyn Renee, Michael Dale and Sherri Lynette; dear great-aunt, cousin and friend to many . She is preceded in death by Ara Rose Yarolimek, granddaughter and Joseph H. Bailey and Frances E. Bailey nee: Stone, mother-in-law and father-in-law. She was employed as a School Counselor at Francis Howell School District. She was a member of Gateway Central Church of the Nazarene, Life member of the Ladies Aux VFW Post 5517, Winfield MO.
