Janice P. Govier (nee Heggs), of O Fallon, MO, passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at the age of 79. Surviving to cherish her memory are her children, Danny (Karen) Govier, Scott Govier and Jackie (Ken) Hannibal; grandchildren, Nathan (Megan) Govier, Josh (Beth) Govier, Noah Hannibal, Andrew Hannibal and Grace Hannibal; treasured great-grandmother of Eliott Govier and Olivia Govier; her siblings, Glen, Georgia, Mary, Sally, and Judy; Janice was a beloved sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Jan is preceded in death by her husband, Fred Govier and her parents, George and Gladys “Jackie” Heggs.

Jan was most known for her gentle and loving nature. She will always be remembered for her love of her family and friends. Jan was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Jan's name to Alzheimer's Association.
