Janice J. Boulch, of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at the age of 64. Loving wife of Tom Boulch; dear daughter of the late Marion D. and Ollie Maxine Carmichael; devoted mother of Kim (James) Yarnell and Keith (Mary) Boulch; cherished grandmother of Logan, Austin, Aaron, and Brianna; dear sister of Larry (Donna) Carmichael, Gary (Carolyn) Carmichael, Judy Flannery, Carol (Craig) Bonnarens, Jeff (Jill) Carmichael, and Patrick (Barbara) Carmichael. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ridgecrest Baptist Building Fund or American Cancer Society.
