Janice Joanna Kracke

Janice Joanna Kracke (nee Helmstatt), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Monday, October 19, 2020 at the age of 89. Loving wife of the late Harold Kracke; beloved daughter of the late Rudy and Corinne Helmstatt; devoted mother of Karl Kracke, Russell (Arn) Kracke, Mona (Charles) Fahle and step mother to the late Gary Kracke; cherished grandmother of Amber Earnheart, Jeff (Karen) Fahle, and Adam (Taryn) Fahle; treasured great-grandmother of Alivia Earnheart, Masyn Earnheart, Jaret Fahle, Parker Fahle, Breana Fahle, Helaina Fahle, Evyn Fahle, Savanna Fahle, and Adleigh Fahle. Janice is also preceded in death by her sisters, Carolyn Lanig and Barbie Helmstatt. Janice is also survived by a brother in-law, Bud Lanig, and many caring nieces and nephews.

Janice was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was a woman who had a tender and caring personality, always wanting to be there for others, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Janice was also devoted to her loving pet companions. Janice had a passion for art. She was a talented artist and enjoyed home décor and arranging florals. Janice would often tend to her garden, where she grew beautiful flowers and vegetables. She was a dear wife, mother, grandmother and sister who was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Janice’s name to Five Acres Animal Shelter.
