Janice L. Hill (nee: Randell), of Saint Louis, Missouri, died on Thursday January 5, 2017, at the age of 73. Beloved daughter of the late Walter and Nettie Randell; devoted mother of Deborah Lynn (Gary) Mitchell; cherished grandmother of Joseph Bethel, Joseph Mitchell, and Danielle Mitchell; treasured great-grandmother of Victoria Mitchell. She also leaves behind many dear nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She is preceded in death by her brothers Gerald and Ronald, her twin sister Jeanette, and her brother-in-law, Richard.
Janice spent many years in management with Southwestern Bell. After retiring in December, 1991, Janice, along with her twin sister, Jeanette, owned and operated Holly Berry, Inc. Janice was a very talented artist and author, and the President of the St. Louis Pioneers (George F. Durant Chapter). She was also very active in gardening, and was a past President of the Garden Club. But most of all, Janice loved her family. Janice was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
