Janice Maguire

Maguire, Janice E. (nee: Birr), of Florissant, MO, died on Thursday, April 13, 2017, at the age of 66. She was the loving wife of J. Daniel Maguire; beloved daughter of Robert E. Birr and the late Lucille E. Birr; dear sister of Jim Birr and his wife, Karen; cherished aunt of Summer Zeilman and Nichole Birr; and treasured great-aunt of Payton and Rykerlee. Janice is also preceded in death by her uncle Dr. Kendall Birr.
Janice worked as a Tax Preparer for over 20 years at H&R Block and was Co-Owner of a corporation that rented out train-cars. She was a practiced violinist, who also loved sewing, baking Christmas Cookies with her nieces, and was known as quite a talker. She was a member of the National Railway Historical Society for 33 years, and also a member of the Dalmatian Club and the St. Louis Steam Train Association. Janice was deeply loved, and will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
